It was our first time buying online from a french company and I was in England at the time of ordering. Dead easy but you need to have a french telephone number, either mobile or landline.You can also book a delivery slot up to two weeks in advance and it's free. Two men delivered and were more than obliging. I asked to check the two appliances (fridge freezer & washing machine) whilst they were still there and they even unwrapped them for me.I would recommend Darty, but I'm sure other companies are equally as good, I've just not tried them yet.Hope this helps.
