partout Posted May 23, 2011 Share Posted May 23, 2011 Hello, sorry if this is in the wrong place, but wasn't sure where to ask.I am looking for baking parchment, to bake a squishy meringue cake, is this available in France and if so what is it called please,if not does anyone have any ideas of what alternative could be used to the line the tin. idun Posted May 23, 2011 Share Posted May 23, 2011 There is the teflon'y type stuff that you can buy as well as papier sulferise (don't buy the cheapest stuff, it isn't much good).
