Pickles
Basically, what it is about is that the copropriete can benefit from lower VAT rates on some of the work that is carried out. The extent to which this is possible may depend on 2 things:How much of the property is residential (as opposed to commercial)How much of the property comprises the principal residence of its owners.By filling in and returning the form, you are providing the syndic with the information that it needs to calculate the overall applicable VAT rate.
