Jackie
Did you know that you can open an account with Radiospares France at www.radiospares.fr (Note the old style name not RS Components as in the UK) and they will supply free of delivery charge as long as your on-line order comes to more than 30 Euros net. I don't know if a private individual can get an account yet in the UK but it used to be the case that they would only supply the trade. They deliver within 2 working days and the on-line catalogue is not quite the same as the UK one but similar. They may not be the cheapest but they are quick and efficient..........73 de John one time G0IQY in Dept
Time<%@ Page Language="C#" %><%= Request.Browser.Browser %>
On a simmilar note, I'm looking for a cheap yet good radio scanner in france - so far e-bay has not come up with anything - Would prefer a base-station, but a hand-held would be good also - I'm new to scanning though, as well as (as always!) on a severe budget. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks, Tim
Mikew
Try www.conrad.fr, they are rather like Maplin, with a wide range of electronic goods and componants. They publish a catalogue, usually available at the Presse.MikeW (G8AWE)
