Chris_Haze
I have searched the site for reference to these but to no avail. Can anyone tell me if there is an equivalent in France, and where you would obtain the maps? Although its pretty clear locally which paths we can walk on through the fields, it would be nice to suggest longer walks for our guests and to provide them with a copy of the relevant map.Looking forward to some helpful replies as usual.Hazel
Pantouflard
The Institut Géographique National is similar. They are available in 1:25000 & 1:100000. http://www.ign.fr French supermarkets usually seem to have a selection from the locality. In UK Stanfords have them in stock (and some of the 1:100000 series available in good bookshops). My gripe with them (especially the 1:100000) is the contours compare badly with ordinance survey

Freedom
I have a number of Series Carte Bleue maps which I bought in France, and found a website in England that will take internet orders - they have a search map so you can pinpoint the area that you're after - delivery for first map was quick, second map was out of stock but they kept me informed, and have just posted it out. http://www.elstead.co.uk
