pkjs Posted July 31, 2005 Share Posted July 31, 2005 Hi I am new to the forum and was wondering if anyone out there knows anything about any campsites for sale.We are a young couple who have been searching high and low for a camp site to rent or buy possibly, but keep coming up blank.The site could be of any size and condition as we love a challenge and be anywhere in france.We have even looked at plots of land with the potential of making our own site but this too has proven difficult as it is hard to get permission especially if it is near water which is ideal.If there is anyone out there that can help us with our search and build a future if france it would be much appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Miki Posted July 31, 2005 Share Posted July 31, 2005 PK,Unless you have an enormous amount of money, please don't even think about building your own campsite from scratch.Too small a site and therefore cheaper to build will give you an awful return on your huge outlay. A nice size say, 80 pitches or more will cost you so much money to build, you would not believe it. Buy one ready made, hopefully owned by incompetent people and run down, so the only way after some initial spending, would be upwards.
