Miki Posted October 13, 2005 Share Posted October 13, 2005 Thanks go to Gay who emailed me earlier to let me know that my avatar, the inimitable Jimmy Greaves was on R2 tonight with Johnny Walker. Apart from the good music that J.W plays, the bonus was J.G spoke (at the end to ensure listeners stayed with the show I reckon )for a while about his past and inevitably his new book !!Interesting when he said that would dearly love to be playing now under the "supreme boss" José Mourinho and emphasised just what a character the Chelsea boss was. If you get a chance and you like soccer, do try to see one of his shows, especially if Chopper is with him !! Or if possible (fingers crossed he can pull through his health problems again)with the greatest player to play soccer on our shores, George Best.
