hacker
I'm looking for either a pontoon or mooring buoy in the region Le Guilvinec to Benodet. I'm told that these are scarce and very difficult to find. The boat is <7metres and only draws 0.8metre and I would be happy with either a mooring buoy or pontoon. This will only be used in the summer but I'd be prepared to lease a buoy for a year, if that was reqd. Any advice?
Salty Sam
There is a large marina at Benodet with pontoon and moorings. Don't know the current situation for availability, but the Harbourmaster used to be sympathetic to fairly long-term visitor moorings, especially out of season.Contact - Tel. +33 (0)2 98 57 05 78E-mail : port@benodet.frGood luck! Deimos
I have always been told that getting a mooring is not a problem - provided your name is put on the waiting list before birth (preferably earlier).Ian
