Jackie Posted July 26, 2003 Share Posted July 26, 2003 Hello. I used to operate on 70cm, 2 and 80 metres from Southampton under the call-sign G0IQY. When we moved to France I saw no point in renewing my British licence but I did acquire a certificate of something or other so that I could apply for a French licence. I have not yet done so and as I am quite busy with improvements I don't feel that I am likely to become active for some time. However the urge to communicate with others may become so pressing as to cause me to blow the dust of the rigs and get them operational again. 73 John (Jackie's other half)Dept 79.
