Do either of you have children from previous relationships? You probably don't NEED to do anything, but if there are going to be inheritance complications involving offspring, you may be able to turn it to your advantage.Best to ask a notaire. Our Notaire told us to come before the signing of the Acte so that he could set up the marriage regime so that it was advantageous should one of us die.So when it comes to legal things like this you need the advice of a legal expert.Paul Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
