Oh dear,

As I am watching the VERY strange opening cerimony I had the thought come into my head (no offence meant to our Trans Alantic cousins) how very American???[:(] I just hope the the N.Z. All Blacks can do their war dance better than this?

I think that someone lost the plot somewhere???

Thank you for that Leo, but we only have French TV and radio and only the free to air terrestial channels.

Now we have a new 'haunted fish tank' we even have the 18 digital channels too...

So folks I am still looking for the info on the French TV please [:D]?

Thanks for that Cathy!! At least I will see the TF1 games.. There is no way that we would pay to watch the fish tank, other than the licence for it and that's automatic now via the tax man!! So the others will have to be a read of the match report...

TV in our household is rated on a scale of 1 - 10 and it's about 11 [:D]. Far too much to do now we are retired...

Hi Jon,

I agree with you about paying to watch tv,

my Samsung 28" widescreen tv cost e299 in Conforama and my freeview box from Leclerc  e79 Sat dish and kit from Lidl in the uk  £49.99  Total outlay not very much and no subscription .

I get all the bbc channels inc regional, plus  radio 5 live, radio 4 and of course radio Scotland .

Auch aye the noo!
