Baldrine
We live in an area with a PLU in place. Some 3 years ago our neighbour applied and received a 'declaration prealable' to use a vacant plot of land adjoining our property to allow camping cars (only) to use it. Part of the DP was for a camping car service area to be build adjoining our land. At the time we visitined the Mairie to be told that we could not object to the service area. As the years have gone by, and the inconvenience of the service area and the smell, etc etc have increased we have tried a number of angles to have the service area moved. The service area is more than 10m2. If we adopt the rule for planning for a swimming pool I understand that if it is over 10m2 then it needs to be at least 3 metres from the boundary. Does anyone know if this should be the same for a commercial camping car service area? Also the land is sloping (away) from our boundary hence the construction is approximately one metre high at its highest point. Welcome any input please.
