Skrumpy
While strimming around an old stone wall yesterday I disturbed a large stone; whilst putting it back I noticed a small snake slithering around. It was about 5 inches long, the thickness of a pencil, black on one side and caramel brown on the other, there were clearly eyes on its head and the typical little forked tongue (not a UK Politician!). It was not a slow worm. Anyone have any ideas as to what it might be? We live in 50. Daren't mention it to 'er indoors or I'll never get her outside again! Thanks,Skrumps
Skrumpy
Looks like this one has stumped the "experts" - luckily my farmer neighbour was able to ID said beastie. No need to panic Captain Mannering.Skrumps
