Hindhaugh Posted June 27, 2004 Share Posted June 27, 2004 Has anyone out there used one of the small electronic systems you can buy here in the UK to assist with limescale control. In the UK they cost circa 100 are fitted to the rising main and change the polarity of the limescale in the water entering the system preventing it 'sticking' to other limescale particles. It even allows lime build up in boilers, inside taps and showerheads etc to break down keeping everything free. It works on the UK system and I cannot see why it should not work on the French plumbing - or have I missed something? My pipes etc in 36 are full of limescale and this seems a cheap and simple answer...J&M Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
