Diagnostiques (again)

We had our diagnostiques done some time back, when we put our chalet on the market. I was a bit disappointed at the time that our energy efficiency seemed quite poor (level F), but didn't bother too much as nobody seemed to take much notice (at least, English people didn't seem to). Our estate agent has just queried the conclusion, and I realised that the "expert" had got our "surface habitable" badly wrong (22% too low). All the numbers were there, but not in the right order. We should have been level E, not much over D. The other nationalities seem to take these levels much more seriously, so I've asked the "experts" to re-do their sums.

The arithmetic was a bit frightening, but I now realise it's worth making the effort to try to understand (and check) any diagnostiques you have done - after all, you're paying heavily for them.
