chocccie
Specifically, Limoges area..... any comments as to how much further on you've found your gardening year? Things grow in my French garden at a rate of knots... I'd reckon about four weeks earlier than in Southern England... what are your experiences?Cheers
Hoddy
I love this aspect of French gardening. Potatoes we planted on May 13th already have flowers on. We’re eating our own courgettes ( from bought-in plants ). The tomatoes are green and look promising. We're about a hundred miles south of you. I’m not quite sure exactly how much further ahead we are because my English gardening diary is in England. All this and very few slugs, but we have had to do some swift learning about French pests and diseases. Hoddy
