Lautrec
Since I have been living in France, I have really missed my cooked apples; ie Bramleys! Could anyone tell me the name of a easily purchased French cooking apple?
Viv
Teamed Up recommended to me that I use Canada Grise and they are execllent for cooking although naturally sweeter than Bramleys, unfortunately, I think they may have just gone out of season as I haven't seen any for sale for a month or two. Logan
The solution is bring a Bramley seeding from UK. They grow well here.
