Junlesley Posted October 14, 2006 Share Posted October 14, 2006 You could always try mixing your own John Innes number 3 compost, 7 parts loam (good garded soil) 3 parts compost, 2 parts sand, (not builders sand) of course the real mixture would contain fertilisers which you would need to add yourself, athough some compost have the fertilisers added already.
