g8vkv
Hello,We planted a white Jasmine plant (4 -5 weeks ago) in a trough, with the intention of it growing up a trellis. It's climbing really well, with good strong-looking foliage. It's also producing quite a few buds, but these turn brown and shrivel up before opening. The plant gets watered from time to time (soil is damp, but not soggy) and we've fed it a couple of times. It gets the sun from about 11:00 onwards.Any ideas?
Meg
Hi figa,Could it be due to it drying out too much between watering?Otherwise maybe it isn't quite acclimatised to being in put into full mid day sun yet?Might also be worth giving it a good misting of water over the foliage/ buds, in the evenings for example.Well they're my guesses anyway!!
