mooky
I am answering my own question? I think its CORN SMUT; and its fungal. In parts of the world , Mexico, it is a delicacy.USA though destry fields because of it. I now need to find out if it is notifiable in France. She is worried because large crops of maize are grown all around there land and doesn't want to infect it;
