piglet
Our daughter is due to get married in the UK on October 25th and had planned to have hydrangea flower heads to decorate the church and at the reception. However due to the excessive rain in the UK over recent weeks it would appear that the flowers are hard to obtain and thus very expensive. Here in the Creuse many gardens have hydrangea shrubs with beautiful flowers, sadly not our garden. However, our neighbours have kindly agreed to save some for us. The flowers can be dried and used for several weeks, even months. We still do need more and hence the post. If you have any unwanted hydrangea flowerheads please could you possibly save them for us. We can travel up to a 40 mile radius of Aubusson, but also we could possibly collect en route to Calais. We travel via Rouen, stopping at Alencon overnight. So if you are nearby we could possible collect. We are due to get the Eurostar (hopefully sorted by then) on Oct 7th, so travelling up on Oct 6th.Please do let us know if you can help. thank you so much sally and ian
