Berlioz
I have a large medlar tree with lots of fruit on it. I've tried the jelly but was wondering if there is any thing else I can use them for? We don't really eat a lot of jam. They are very ripe and dropping off the tree, I want to use them up before the puppy eats them all! I did 'google' and didn't find much.
