kitty
HiWe have decided to invest in a greenhouse but do not know if we need to get planning permission first. I am not sure if this is relevant, but it would be sited at the back of our garden and not visible to anyone. Any advice or experiences would be helpfulThanks in advanceKitty
andyh4
I believe, though I am prepared to be proven wrong, that a greenhouse falls under the same regulations as an abri. under 2 square metres and no permission needed, above that (and lets face it 2 sq m is pretty tiny) you need permission ddt. Panda
And what a nightmare applying for planning for a shed is these days. This the first one I've done for a couple of years and the new forms are horrendous. I also had to take pictures of the site had 4 different types of plan showing the structure. Completely OTT for a shed.
