susie
Hi yadoes anyone know of a lawnmower repairer near Valencay, who will repair what we think is a problem with the choke in less than 2 weeks to 2 months as we were told today. It is a Briggs and Stratton bought in B and Q. We think it might be quicker to buy another and have this one repaired as a spare. The grass will not wait weeks.thanks

susie
hi yaim not very technical but it seems to have broken loose and goes on and off as it chugs along slowly. The engine is revving and dying, if that makes any sence.
Théière
Could be a small as tightening it back up, B&S are pretty robust and spares are easy to source so have someone fix it and save the money.

susie
Hi yajust to let anyone know who maybe interested for themselves, that I found a man in Nouans les Fontaines who replaced what turned out to be a broken gasket, sharpened the blades and generally looked it over and cleaned carburettor. Charged us 44 euros and gave us a 1 year guarantee. Very happy with his workSusie
