Gardian
I remember seeing several different types at Leroy Merlin. www.leroymerlin.fr Just had a look on their website and the cheapest petrol one is €2k, although it is a pretty hairy looking beast! Having said that, I'm sure that I saw a cheaper petrol one, although obviously less powerful. All the other ones are electric and you were quite specific about your needs. There's an LM store at Le Mans as you probably know. You'll find splitters under fendeurs de buche. chirpy
when in uk last month ordered an electric one which are cheaper than purchasing in France. However when I returned and chased up the delivery I was told that they could not deliver garden machinery abroad!!!!!!!!!!!!!And they had taken my money!which was refunded ,but dear oh dear. Not surprising that exporters in uk are in a hopeless position!!We can fly to the moon but not send 50 kilos of machinery !!!!!!!!I GIVE UP.WHEN I worked in uk I was exporting equipment and dangerous paint coatings worldwide ---I think customer service has gone out of the window in so many industries------------------now when I was a lad I did 24 HOURS A DAY IN PIT ,WALKED HOME 1O MILES,MADE ME OWN SANDWICHES...................................................you have never had it so easy in the u.k. thes days...............social security from 16 years of age......................bring back national service I say.[:P][:(]
