Homelover
Can you help? Voles are ruining our beautiful lawn, and we are worried about the shrubs around it as they apparently chew roots until the plant dies. We live in the Manche 50 region and would like to find someone who could give us practical help to solve this problem.
darius
Get a cat ???We haven't got one, but the neighbours' cats tend to keep them at bay.My worry is preventing the cats from doing their do-dahs in the veg. plot! Can't win! P.S. Take care the voles don't get into the house. They sometimes try to make themselves comfortable inside when it starts getting chilly outside. Lou
Our three cats are currently bringing us around 3 or 4 voles a day......so I definitely echo darius' suggestion!Lou
Loirette
Why do you have to kill them? There are humaine traps and you could catch them and relocate them somewhere else.

HoneySuckleDreams
a fox will apparently eat between 3000-4000 voles a year. So get yourself one of them and I'm sure the problem will disappear
