Mpprh
HiI like the site : clean, small and simple. I wish I was as artistically gifted !The next step is more of a challenge :How will people find you ?Google.com finds : 2 sites that contain the URL, 1 page from the site itself, no links to you, L'Art de Vivre (the actual meta title of the site) is one of 690,000 references , living-in-france has 196000 references"the development of construction projects in the Dordogne" = no referencesthe development of construction projects in the Dordogne = 13500 referencesCan't see description or keywords in the code : can the robots ?There is no links section, so difficult to get exchange links ?With so many websites on the net, SEO is crucial if you want to be found ? Dick Smith
I agree with Peter, the site looks very fresh and attractive - extremely professional. But he's also right that it needs to be easy to find.
mascamps.com
Nice looking site.As far as finding it goes, you need the keyword/description tags for some search engines but more of them work directly on the text on the pages these days (notably google). You therefore need more text - the little pictures of the houses look very nice but on the internet, a picture is worth nothing, it's the text that counts so do things like add a nice long description of the house types etc.Links pages are OK but can make a site look very amateur. To avoid this, the thing to do is to create a duplicate of your home page specially for adding links to, thus people coming via a link exchange see that page but people arriving directly see your normal page. For instance www.mascamps.com/hotel/en.htm is devoid of links whereas www.mascamps.com/hotel/exchange.htm has loads. Arnold
