The other one that comes up from time to time appears to be from another B&B who is sending somebody on to you. Other than that differene the rest is the same. Another is to send you mobile phones worth 100€ each, you send them half the money and pocket the rest, the list of scams in endless I am afraid but you do develope a nose for them.
