They look exactly like the brass extendable rods (fixed at each end) but are not fixed. There is a hinge at one end of the rod so instead of opening the curtains you simply move the rod (with curtain attached) away from the window - perfect for small attic windows.abi Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
