Yvonne
Can anyone tell me if we are legally obliged to keep an exact copy of the clients bill? We keep daily details of pension, bar takings etc which go to our accuntant but I'm not sure if I need a copy of every persons exact bill? Also, if we're TVA registered, should we be showing TVA breakdown on clients bills? If so, I have no idea how to calculate it [8-)]! Help?!Thanks,Abi

I hope this is useful should it happen again, I use it quite often.Baz

Owens88
If you are TVA registered you have lots of requirements, including the necessity to show a breakdown on their bills. Think about it - you reclaim TVA because others give you bills which show the costs broken down, yet if you don't do that for others they cannot.good luck John
