singular of chambres d'hotes

Here's a grammatical query: if you have several rooms, do you refer to your establishment as a Chambres d'Hôtes or a Chambre d'Hôtes?

Big debate going on, editorial decision needed, so I have come to the experts!

Hope you can help.

Thanks

Hmmm... I've reasoned it as Chambre d'hôte if you have one room, chambres d'hôte if you have more than one and the hôte/s is according to whether you're a solo hôte or a couple. But my reasoning is often questionable so I'll be interested in the answer too. [:D]

I am, but if I had just the flu, it would be over by now, wouldn't it?

Only man-flu lasts longer than 24 hours, surely?[8-)]
