Quillan
Just got this from Clevavances.http://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexteArticle.do;jsessionid=25F58BC5D9BC3818DE41C2E194D78CDF.tpdjo17v_3?idArticle=JORFARTI000023261169&cidTexte=JORFTEXT000023261006&dateTexte=29990101&categorieLien=idSeems if you make more than a temporary low paid agricultural worker you will have to pay your social charges for pension, health etc (RSI). I believe the lower limit is now 4,670. If you on the old Micro BIC system that means at the 2010 rebate rate you need to take more than 16,100 Euros (before rebate) before you need to start paying. Of course if you are registered with the Chambre de Commerce you have nothing to worry about as you will be paying anyway (well you should be). It just covers any loopholes that people may have found in the past. There is some new laws about TV reception as well if you make it available to your guests, you will have to pay a commercial licences fee from this year (around 400 Euros). If you didn't know this and have ticked any box's on any publicity (web or otherwise) it may be a good idea to go and remove them before they 'find you out'.If your registered with Clevacances you will find all this information online in your "proprietaires" area. I couldn't find any of this in my GDF area.
