Clair
No personal experience...As I understand it, the commune must first qualify for the ZRR, deliberate and adopt the classification, then decide who/which types of accommodation will benefit from the exoneration, as they do not have to apply it to all types of tourist accommodation. If the conditions are met, the form to complete to apply for a 2012 exemption is available HERE.To be sent before 31 december... Aly
Thanks I also found these two siteshttp://impot.gouv.fr/portal/deploiement/p1/fichedescriptiveformulaire_6716/fichedescriptiveformulaire_6716.pdfand this site lists the zoneshttp://www.data-publica.com/publication/4345It would be great to hear if anyone has managed to obtain it. I think they also do a calcualtion on the percentage of the your home that you exclusively occupy.
602
As we are within one of the zones this is very interesting but if I have read the "pieces a joindre a la declaration" correctly we would need to be registered with "gites de france".Their fees and the rigmaroll they make you go through seem to have put me off doing this already.
