timki
My girlfriend and I have bought a property near Aigues Mortes (Port du Roy) in Langudoc. The property is a three story building with the ground floor being a Salon du The/Restaurant. The property is in a new development which will not be completed until the end of next year. The development is a small scale copy of Port Grimaud (for those that aren't familiar Port Grimaud is near St Tropez\ and consists of some 4000 homes each with a privat boat mooring at the end of the garden, Port du Roy is the same only smaller with 400 houses, again each has a mooring for a boat) I am interested in any advice/help that anyone has to give. Current thoughts are around licenses. What is required to open a restaurant etc. also pavement tables what is the process etc. I have meetings with my notaire in France and am about to progress this kind of thing - however, if anyone can offer info/help then it would be v much appreciated Manyt thanks
