My question is, as a gte owner, do you use a specific contract or just extend your normal terms and conditions to suit the individual? I ask as we may be needing to find a rental for approx 6 months later this year but would like to know the legal side first.I have already searched the archives. You would struggle to find a gite during July and August, ofcourse, but some people we know double the weekly rent for those months.
