Freyjabear
Friends of mine are buying a 7 bedroom chateau in March and are looking to rent it either short term or long term while they meet commitments in New Zealand. Does anyone know of a good way of marketing this type of think? Estate agents who rent out such things? Also any change over managers, caretakers in 79 close to Thouars that they could recommend? They are flexible regarding when they move in and rental could be up to a year.

Deby
Good website design and functionality. Plus spend money on getting yourself up the rankings! As regards to managing you would probably need to have a caretaker but make them aware of French tenancy laws, very much in favour of the tenant.Agencies, there are plenty depends on how much money you have to spend. Research, Research and Research. Marketing a chateau can easily be a full-time job.Hope this helps and good luck.Debywww.chateau-de-clerac.com
