Hibou
I am in a quandary as to 1 week bookings in July and August. Are renters going for 2 centre holidays? I have already turned away a 1 week booking for July because it would leave me with more odd weeks. Should I be more flexible or hold my nerve and stick to the 2 week rule.? CatherineS2
All bar one of my bookings for July/August are for one week, and I have no problem with that. My charges factor in the cost of changeovers for every week, but I offer a £50 discount for 2-week bookings.I think that it is better to be flexible, and I am sure that I wouldn't have any problems filling in any odd weeks. Teamedup
Hibou, that is what we have done in the past. There are very few places where we would want to stay in one place for more than a week anyway. For example we've booked two separate gites, the first week was in the north of Britanny and the second week the south of Britanny.
