Recipe writers wanted

I'm going to post this in both the "food" and "vacancies" section.

I

am opening a "specialist" grocer in Dept 22, hopefully in early March.

Part of our marketing will be the publication of recipes that suit our

food range.

So, have any of you any good (ideally original) recipes of the following types;

"Classic" English

Indian - not available in Jars!

Chinese & Thai, likewise.

Of course, I want recipes that will use unique ingredients that only I stock!

I

will pay (albeit not much) for good recipes, especially those that are

accompanied by a photograph. Selected recipes will be published in a

"collectable card" format & will include acknowledgements to the

provider.
