Learning all the time

As any regular reader of the living-france web will know Im in the middle of doing a place up so we can gite in a years time hence I look/read/and try to learn as much as possible from both advice given on this very thread and also by other peoples mistakes and so far Ive learnt so much ,

Has living France not thought of having a list /booklet ref the look outs and avoid this or that, or must do,s

It really would be a help.

any thoughts on this one??
