Wanted, caretaker for cottage in Dordogne area

Hello,

I'm hoping someone might be able to assist with our small challenge.  We currently live in Australia and our local caretaker has retired.  We are now searching for another who will care, provide maintenance (or arrange) for our cottage in south-west france, near Le Bugue.  It would include cleaning and preparing for holiday guests (max 4 only), washing sheets and arranging gardening and property maintenance.

I will also try local estate agents, and I'm also trying to recall there used to be a granny network who might point me in the right direction.
