Michele
We are arriving in Feb. and are focusing on the Languedoc-Roussillon region. I have been looking at the Gites of France page and they only give weekly rates. We will have our children in school and would like to rent until the end of the school year - Feb thru mid July. It seems that we could get a rate reduction.... for being great people! Thanks, Michele
cooperlola
Might I suggest that you look instead at long-term rentals through estate agents and/or notaires? - they are more likely to have what you are looking for.Use this page to get an ideahttp://www.immobilier.notaires.fr/pls/d_immo/Seldept.aff_dept?vsecteur=
Clair
A holiday rental should be rented out to the same person no longer than 90 days and the length of stay you are referring to does not come under the definition of a holiday stay. You will probably find a property for that length of time by contacting owners and asking them.
