pigeon
Thi is our first year with running a gite and so far all the bookings have been made well in advance, but what is the best way to take a payment from them when they want to start their holiday within the next couple of days, any advice from you out there would be most welcome. Pierre ZFP
I don't run a gite but Paypal would be my choice if I did. Money is transferred in moments.
nimportequoi
I think PayPal is quickest too, although I don't use it as I don't want to give away 3% of my income. I trust people and wait for them to pay on arrival (as the French do).
Jo Taylor
Deposit by PayPal, balance on arrival minus the net amount received (less PP fees).
