Pierre ZFP
Well could be gen-you-whine but just look at the name of the person it purports to come from.Is the email address from like Orange or BT or is it just a generic Gmail or Hotmail account? glacier1
Nah, it's an anarac, how do these guys profit from sending emails like this? Do they ask for bank details? I'm working closelly with a lady who runs a b&b in our area and she sent me this email, she wasn't sure.David
Judith
Why use capital letters?Faults in English. No mail address given - or other points of contact (yes, I know "he" asks to be contacted by email, but most genuine enquirers would put in some other form of contact.Useful comment about email address also.I'd be suspicious. Chancer
Are you sure you dont mean an arnaque?Unless you have an aversion to train spotters I reckon that you will be quite safe renting to either an anorak or a K-way [;-)]I shall keep that one in my vocabulary for future use though. glacier1
Pfffffffffffffffffff, joke of the century....yes, anaraque [:P] The guy did put an email address, but I didn't copy/paste it, but the mistakes in the email were too much to be ignored. I'm curious as to how these people profit from people like us by sending requests for pricing and bookings......what is their next step if you contact them?I sold my car a few months ago, encountered a few of these "people" and they really annoyed me, some of the telephone numbers provided were "cote ivoire"
