Hi All

For those who don't already do it I wonder if you have thought of having an online questionnaire with fill guestbook option.

If you can maintain your own website then you could create a new page for your guests to fill out once they are back home.  You could give them the option to also leave a guest book entry.  You would then need to display their comment on your website.

I have just started doing this and our clients are quite happy to fill it in.  It helps to improve your own set up and its also a bit like a cheers for staying once they are back home.

I have some very simple, amateur code that I use if you want it... Just let me know.

I use TA for reviews (because people have heard of them) and have a Facebook page for my gites where people can post comments and photos about their holiday. If you are starting a gite business the www.laymyhat.com/forum is very useful.
