Will
I have received a press release concerning recent European legislation. Apparently, to quote the release, "Every company needs to list its company registration number, place of registration and registered office address on its website and in emails. Such information is already required on 'business letters' but the new regulations extend it to websites, order forms and electronic documents including email."The news concerned a new UK law that came into force on 1 January. As this is apparently to implement a European law, known as the First Company Law Amendment, then it seems reasonable to assume that France either has, or is soon to introduce, its own version of the legislation.
