Chateaubriant - Anyone looking for odd weeding work?

I have a place near Chateaubriant, its 80% renovated, but I don't use it all, so it is currently on the market. The rear has been flattened and covered with heavy duty polythene, and there is a gravel drive to the rear. In order to keep the place looking tidy until it sells, I am looking for someone who can pop round once every couple of months and clear the triffids that seem to grow through everything.

The first visit will required removal of the weeds that are there (not an enormous amount), and subsequent visits will require spraying with heavy duty weedkiller to keep them under control.
