On section 2 (red section) of this form you have to enter the total amount of cotisations paid in previous year. Does that include the Tax Prof (as it was)?

Also I know where to enter our main income in section 1, but where do you put the income from a B&B.

We have always followed the guide we were given once after a visit to RSI, but still always have doubts if we have been doing it correctly.
