All friends are at the house in company with one of my immediate family. However, I have a particular neighbour who uses my pool when we are back in the UK to entertain, (much to my annoyance), her family, (including children), and friends. She does not have my permission to do so. Does anyone know the legal position regarding a fatality at my pool (Which has not yet been alarmed etc) whilst my neighbour is using it? I understand that as a non renter, I don't need to secure the pool until 2006. Also, does anyone know if I should give my neighbour an official notice not to use my pool.
