andyh4
Having just been given a cheapie collapsable pool (inflatable ring above flexible sides and base), I would like to know if there is any treatment I can use to stop the water going green. The pools has a small filter and holds (by my reckoning) about 3 cubic metres of water
Lautrec
Hi Andy,You need to purchase some chlorine tablets and a floating disposer. You can get quick dissolving ones for rapid treatment and the slow ones, which release the chemical slowly over a matter of days. You can buy them in E,Leclerc or any other super market. This will get rid of the Algea! Good luck!Lautrec.Ps. You can also buy anti-algea liquid if the algea is really dense!
