Wanted English speaking person to handle gite changeovers in Ste Hermine, Vendee

We have a 4 bedroom house in the town of Ste Hermine in the Vendee (85210) and are looking for an English speaking person to handle holiday changeovers, pool (above ground) and garden maintenance(gravel not grass) and house checks outside of rental season.

Idealy person would live within easy distance of the property to facilitate easy changeovers etc.

The property has been rented for 18 weeks this year, April -Sept.
